30 g Can

High-Grade Matcha Tea from Yamamasa Koyamaen.

This full-bodied, robust koicha is velvety soft with an exceptionally long aftertaste. It opens with rich aromas of chocolate and coffee, transitions to sweet and creamy notes, and concludes with light, floral hints. It offers a particularly exciting and intense experience. While ideally enjoyed as a thick tea (koicha), if prepared as a thin tea (usucha), it is best to use a higher dilution (70 ml of 80°C water for 1.5 g of tea) to avoid bitterness and tartness. When made as a thinner tea, it delivers a mild, creamy, sweet usucha with a rich umami flavor and a delightful aftertaste.
