**Samidori** is a Kyoto-born tea cultivar traditionally used for *Gyokuro* and *tencha* (the raw leaf used for matcha), originally selected from native Uji varieties. Grown with great care, it is cultivated using only natural, organic fertilizers—completely free from pesticides and chemical inputs. Honzen Asamiya harvest only the first flush (*Ichibancha*) once a year, making this matcha a truly special product born from dedication and effort.
This matcha is not only nourishing as a traditional thin tea, but also a wholesome addition to sweets, meals, and smoothies.
