Urasenke Hounsai Sosho’s favorite matcha can be prepared in two styles: “usucha” (thin tea) and “koicha” (thick tea), each highlighting different qualities of the matcha. “Matcha Seiko-no-Mukashi” is highly recommended for both preparations.
