Urasenke Hounsai Sosho’s favoured matcha can be prepared in two styles: “usucha” (thin tea) and “koicha” (thick tea), each showcasing unique qualities of the matcha. For both usucha and koicha, “Sho-no-Mukashi” is highly recommended.
