This matcha is a favorite of Urasenke Master Yuyusai (表千家 猶有斎). It can be prepared in two styles: “usucha” (thin tea) and “koicha” (thick tea), each providing a distinct experience of its flavors and qualities. “Yukawa no Shiro” is especially recommended for usucha, thanks to its sweeter, umami-rich taste.
